The room at Maison Escher was super cozy and inviting. The seating area was perfect for lounging around and watching TV on the flat-screen. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals, and the dining area was great for enjoying them. The private bathroom was clean and had a nice hairdryer.

Personally, I didn't really like the bidet in the bathroom, but I understand that some people might find it useful.

Being just a 10-minute walk through the pedestrian tunnel to Amalfi, the transportation hub of the Amalfi Coast, was very convenient. The owner, Antonella, was very helpful and responsive. Atrani itself is a charismatic little town and staying there felt like being immersed in the art of M.C. Escher, with Atrani being one of his favorite places.
